Rainey Highley received her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, where she graduated in the top third of her class and was active in moot court, mediation, and negotiation competitions with the Board of Advocates. She graduated with honors from Baylor University with a BA in English and was awarded Phi Beta Kappa.
Rainey began her legal career practicing with a boutique law firm located in Boulder, Colorado. She transitioned into legal recruiting and served as Director of Business Development for Major, Lindsey & Africa and Vice President of Business Development for Prescott Legal Search. In 2008, Rainey joined Newhouse + Noblin and focused on developing corporate clients and completing in-house searches. She took some time off from recruiting to travel the world and is now leading Newhouse + Noblin’s legal and executive search practices in Los Angeles.
Rainey’s commitment to her clients and personal philosophy of treating everyone with care and respect have created a loyal following of clients and candidates alike. She has worked closely with Fortune 500 and A-list companies in a variety of industries to assist with structuring and building successful in-house legal departments.
