Legal Search

Executive Search

When it comes to executive recruitment, our thorough research and candidate targeting rival our larger national competitors. Yet our fees are more competitive, and our responsive approach and personal attention make us a compelling option. Temp/Contract Staffing

In addition to permanent placement, we also place temporary professionals and support staff on a project basis, allowing our clients to adjust for increases in workload without adding permanent staff. Whether it’s an interim executive position, a team of document review attorneys or experienced contract managers to cover a spike in activity, we apply the same level of discernment and professionalism when filling a temporary need as we do with permanent placements. The process is streamlined, efficient and economical.

On-Boarding Consulting

Recruiting the right talent is critical for an organization’s success, but proper on-boarding and communication of expectations are also key to personal and organizational success. Newhouse + Noblin understands this need and can provide customized personal coaching to the new hire. Our coaching will guide your new employee with the “best practices” of beginning his or her new career at your company, as customized to fit your unique job fulfillment needs. The coach will work closely with company and candidate to develop a unique plan that addresses any concerns and goals and ensures that the candidate gets off to a strong start.

Our personal coaching is provided through a former general counsel of a S&P 500 company, who holds a M.S. (Management) from MIT. With three of his former staff now serving as general counsel of U.S. public companies, he has a proven long-term track record of success in people development and placement.
