Community Partners of Dallas

In December, Newhouse + Noblin’s Dallas, Houston and Austin offices joined forces to partner with Community Partners of Dallas for the organization’s annual Toy Drive. We sorted and organized donated items for delivery to local children in need. The project was possible because of Peacock Alley’s donation of warehouse space again this year. Peacock Alley hosted the project volunteers and donated trucks and labor to ensure toys were delivered to children throughout the metroplex. Camp Summit

In October, N+N made a donation to Camp Summit, a premier camp for children and adults with disabilities. The mission of Camp Summit is to provide barrier-free outdoor experiences that promote personal growth and foster independence for children and adults with disabilities. Claire Hetherington Darr of our Dallas office sits on the Camp’s Board and has witnessed firsthand the meaningful impact the Camp has on its campers and their families. ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

In August, we too were nominated for the ALS “Ice Bucket Challenge”, and we responded with a donation to the ALS Association (Chaired by Barbara Newhouse, but no known relation to Russell). HISD Crayon Drive

For the month of August our Houston team partnered with HISD and several of our client companies to donate hundreds of boxes of crayons to Houston schools in need of back to school supplies. Special thanks to Energy Transfer Partners, Sysco, and Wood Group for the generous donations!

Camp Victory
