Cynthia graduated from SMU School of Law in 1993, where she was a Joy and Ralph Ellis Scholar, a MALDEF William R. Hearst Endowment Scholar, a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honorary Legal Society and a member of the William “Mac” Taylor Inns of Court. She received her undergraduate degree in psychobiology and women’s studies from Wellesley College.
Cynthia practiced litigation for 15 years in Dallas, first with Locke Lord and then with a smaller boutique before forming her own solo practice. In 2007, Cynthia relocated to Denver where she served in the dual role of General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for an emerging consumer products manufacturer. In 2012, Cynthia began attorney recruiting as a way to combine her passion for client service, marketing and business development with her unique perspective on the “business of law.” Cynthia’s combined 20 years of private practice, in-house and C-suite experience allows her to effectively partner with law firms and corporations on their important legal recruiting needs.
