Crystal Cornett

Crystal has over 18 years of experience in the legal industry as a paralegal. Crystal has practiced in Family Law, Probate, Guardianships, Health Law, Social Security, Litigation and Real Estate. In 2022, Crystal began paralegal recruiting as a way to continue her passion to support the paralegal community.

In 2013, Crystal created Paralegals Connect, a paralegal support group, to connect paralegals from around the world and provide them with valuable employment advice and tools to streamline their tasks to work quickly and efficiently. Paralegals Connect consists of over 31,400 members worldwide, is on all social media platforms, and produces the Paralegals Connect Magazine. Crystal also serves on the Paralegal Advisory Committee (PAC) for the Center for Advanced Legal Studies.

Crystal earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Houston in 2006 and received her degree from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies in 2010. She is a member of the Lambda Epsilon Chi National Honor Society for Paralegal / Legal Assistant Studies (LEX).
