Lauren Swann

Lauren’s ability to connect and engage with people facilitates insightful discussion and clear communication throughout the search and candidate development process.

Lauren practiced law for 15 years before joining Newhouse + Noblin. She served as Counsel at Haynes and Boone, where she provided legal services to a broad range of clients, from publicly held companies to smaller business entities. She also served as counsel to several public and private companies regarding corporate securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and public and private securities offerings. Lauren was consistently involved in recruiting while at Haynes and Boone. 

Her extensive experience at a prominent law firm and serving both private and public clients provides her with a valued perspective and insight into both our clients’ and candidates’ needs in the corporate arena.

Lauren graduated from SMU School of Law in 2003, where she was an editor of the International Law Review and a member of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology and business from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with honors. Lauren is actively involved in non-profits and the Dallas community at large.
