Tonya Ramsey

With over 25 years of legal practice under her belt before joining Newhouse + Noblin, Tonya possesses invaluable industry insight. She utilizes her personalized approach and dedication to excellence to find the best solution for each client.

After graduating from law school, Tonya worked as a restructuring attorney for 16 years and was a partner at Vinson & Elkins in Dallas, Texas. She then transitioned in-house to United Surgical Partners International, Inc., the largest owner and operator of ambulatory surgery centers in the United States. In 2015, Tonya moved to Element Dental Partners, a dental support organization managing over 300 dental practices, where she was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer.

Tonya graduated from Baylor Law School in 1998, where she was a member of Baylor Law Review and Order of Barristers. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Christian University.
